Works well smells like BO

the dryer works well, but there is a terrible BO/Onion odor that we can't get rid of.
The dealer we bought it from has not contacted us after we contacted them. Displeased with very poor service

I needed to replace a washing machine, so we just bought the Speed Queen pair. I’ve never spent this much $$ on a dryer before and once I got it installed, there was a knocking noise! Very frustrating, but a phone call to the appliance repair, a replaced roller and it’s great. There’s not too many things to say about a dryer, other than it does run quiet and drys much quicker than the whirlpool I replaced.
