This new dryer seems much easier to operate than my previous Whirlpool dryer. The screen is much easier to keep clean.dries clothes well. I am very satisfied with it.

I've had this dryer for only about 2 weeks, but so far I'm very happy with it. It's efficient and dries quickly, accommodates a good sized load, is easy to set, and accommodates a variety of dryer needs (delicate, low heat, high heat, etc.). I like the layout of the lint filter too. I bought this dryer based on 1) Consumer Reports magazine (1st for reliability for at least 2 years in a row), 2) my appliance repair guy & his strong recommendation, 3) on-line reviews, and last, 4) our local laundromat has only Speed Queen washers & dryers & they are fantastic. I needed an upgrade and wanted a dryer that did a good job and was reliable.

So far, not impressed

I love my washer and was excited to see what the dryer could do but the first one I got came with the drum out of place so had to have it replaced and now less than a year after purchase multiple things broke having to have them replaced. It’s under warranty which is great but waiting on the authorized service company to fix it is now on week 3. I’m dissatisfied so far. Love my washer though!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
