I love this dryer! It replaced a Maytag that came with the house and I can't believe what a difference this new Speed Queen washer and dryer makes. My clothes come out soft, smooth, and feel like new. I'm not kidding. I have two identical fleece tops that were purchased at the same time and worn the same amount. I washed and dried one of them in the new Speed Queen set and you could see and feel the difference between it and the one that had been washed in the Maytag. It made me want to wash and dry everything in the house whether they were dirty or not.

I have only owned it a few months but it operates perfectly and from looking it over this is a machine built with quality parts that I can repair at home myself if ever needed.

Doesn't seem to be drying the clothes like I thought it would. Needed a new dryer. At first it was great a few weeks using the dryer I am noticing doesn't seem to be drying the clothes properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
