VERY disappointed to get a new machine from Gorman Brothers with a dent on side panel at bottom. They wouldn’t even discount it ANY! We didn’t even have to have them haul the old one off. Gave it to a neighbor. VERY disappointed they wouldn’t work with us!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Solid American made machine

It seemed good at first,but, after a week, the drum made a loud grinding sound. We called our dealer for service, but it will take three weeks for a technician to come. I am completing this survey under the assumption that service is satisfactory.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is okay - when it first starts sounds like a jet engine taking off. Thank goodness it does quiet down toward the end.

We needed another washer dryer set to match the performance of our 20 year old Kenmore Elite set. Which was working well , but the washers transmission was leaking oil.
