Faulty Timer

Good Machine but it came with a faulty timer and won’t shut off on its own when on a normal cycle. It only works on a timed cycle. Called and warranty services have been giving me the run around for over a month. They claim they don’t have the part to fix it. Initially they made me wait for 2 weeks to make an appointment because they said that they had to order the part and then they called and made an appointment, showed up without the part and said they would have to come back. They are supposed to come back this week so hopefully they finally make it right. Speed Queen needs to fix the timers on these machines and make them simple like their washing machines are.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Speed Queen line has always been our go to for laundry needs. Only thing noticed is that the dryer timer could possibly malfunction and need replacement. I understand the more expensive model with the touchscreen does not have this issue. So, this time around if I were to suggest any type of constructive criticism it would be the dryer timer malfunctioning requiring replacement. Other than that it works like a champ !
