Front of dryer has indentation that was painted over. Dryer door is not sturdy. Very disappointed in quality.

Not happy!

Our machine is awful. We got rid of the washer because it didn’t spin out. I kept the dryer because it was a pain in my mind to return that too. Well here we are 4 months later and the piece in the back of the dryer is melting like!! What the heck!!! I am over speed queen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no, Tashaaaaa! We understand you've noticed a fiber build-up on the vent inside the drum. Oftentimes, this can be the result of drying items on too high of heat or a sign of the venting being restricted. We'd recommend first checking fabric care labels to determine the heat setting for items being dried. Then, check that the dryer is installed with either semi-rigid or rigid metal ductwork to meet the guidelines in the Installation Guide, as flexible foil venting is much more likely to restrict the airflow needed for the dryer to perform correctly. I’ve had Maytags and GE washers and this by far is the best washer and dryer I’ve ever purchased!

Finally a dryer that works!

I got all wrapped up in front loader hype. Man I wish i didn’t lg did not even make it 7 years and wanted 700 parts and labor to fix dryer. I switched to speed queen because of my dad has had his for 12 years zero problems. Speed queen is actually quieter, is double the size of front load. Actually dries blankets sheets and comforters one time through. I know it may not be a government who cares energy star appliance it it dries in one cycle not 3 so that is energy star to me. And if ever was to break needing a computer or repair so simple front comes off everything there to fix and parts reasonable priced. Waiting on washer to break to get a matched set. Buy a speed queen do not look back.

Dries clothes very well

Everything is great except the link collecting area. It is in the bottom front when you open the door, so link gets on the cloths when you take them out or if you empty the lint trap first, the lint can spray on the clean clothes. Speed queen is awesome and I can't believe they don't make a top lint collection area, so it ever comes in contact with the clothes. They should strongly consider that
