Dryer sucks

Takes 1.5-2 hrs to dry laundry. My 28yr old Kenmore will dry the same load in 40 minutes.I am not happy with the dryer. I would recommend buying a diffent brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, Cj7lc bob. It sounds like you've noticed drying cycles getting longer than what they were or what we'd expect. In this situation, it may be time for routine care and maintenance on the dryer, where the exhaust system and interior is checked and cleared out. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the dryer door is very difficult to open. It requires a hard pull and I have to hold onto the dryer with my other hand to keep it from moving.

I am a laundry fan! I really like my new Speed Queen washer and dryer. The dryer works as it is should and simple to operate. Enough settings, but not so many to be overwhelming. I love that the washer has a full-sized agitator and that it fills with water. I feel like my clothes are much cleaner and fresher smelling.
I would recommend this to a friend!
