Doesn't dry completely!

I've had this dryer for about a month now and it has yet to dry a load of laundry the first run - always have to rerun to get items completely dry. I always select the regular cycle, completely dry, medium heat...Completely unimpressed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When a wet load is put into the dryer it takes a certain amount
of time to reach the desired dryness level. The time will vary
with load size, type of fabric, amount of moisture in the load,
air flow and the laundry room environment. We understand you were selecting regular cycle, have you tried the heavy duty option? You may also try selecting the time dry option to increase your dry time, if you feel you are experiencing the same concerns, you may of course give us a call.
We are available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Best machine I have owned and it doesn’t stink like my old front loader. Easier to clean and maintain. Cleans and dries clothes as well as my old front load washer- and clothes don’t smell sour.
I would recommend this to a friend!
