It is a shame

I generally love and swear by Speed Queen. We got a brand new dryer from them and it is burning our clothing. I called to have someone come out and they referred a company. They came out and said that it looked fine and I should dry less and on low heat. Well, first of all, I dried ONE towel and proved that it was burning even on low heat. Secondly, I spent a lot of money on a dryer to not be able to use it to its full capabilities? Absolutely not. I was VERY disappointed. We have yet to be able to have anyone resolve the problem and are unable to do any laundry. I have called and e-mailed many times with no resolve. I will discontinue recommending this company from here on out.

Now less than 3 mos. later it has blown a fuse. The part has been on back for 2 weeks already. The repairman can't get the part to fix it? What good is that warranty?

Thermal fuse blown

Had it for less than a month and the thermal fuse blew. Without a dryer for a week which was frustrating. Not sure if there is defect or ducts need cleaning, but doesn’t appear that way to the naked eye. Never had a problem with previous dryer in the 14 years of owning it. Having the ducts professionally cleaned to make sure but this was just disappointing after spending this much money for a dryer.

Terrible experience and janky equipment

Bought a new machine and installed it at home. It turns on just fine but when I tried to start a cycle with an empty machine it shut down. Service was called the next day and a week later the technician came out to diagnose the machine and determined he needed to order a new motor. Meanwhile the vendor brought out a replacement machine and it had the same problem. I hooked up my original dryer and it fired right up. Would not recommend.

I VERY MUCH wish I had purchased your model with simpler controls.
Cycle settings, though quite complex, usually don't allow me to choose the combination of wash time, agitation level, spin speed, and type of rinse that I want. The myriad instructions in your User Guide are overwhelming and difficult to remember.
I often must add an extra spin cycle to remove excess water to reduce drying time.
Usually clothes come out of the washer all twisted together, requiring separating before putting in the dryer.
I do like the Auto Fill Water Level feature very much.

Very noisy

Dryer is very noisy with a loud buzzing sound. Had a repair man come out and he could not fix it. My wife shoves a rolled up towel down between the wall and dryer to help stop the vibration
