Takes too long to dry a load

Have had this machine 3 weeks, it replaced an LG front load dryer that I loved. It does not dry clothes well, I can dry them for 60 minutes and they are still damp. Clothes seem to be more wrinkled when I take them out. Not sure if I am doing something wrong since it didn’t come with a manual and I don’t know how to use all of the cycles. Feel like it wastes energy since it takes so long to dry a load. My old dryer would dry a very large load of towels in 45-50 minutes, minimus of 60 for this machine and they still aren’t all the way dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the pet hair removal features. Dries much quicker than my front load. Not sure yet if it and matching washer are harder on clothes as more lint and more wrinkles.

One word— AWESOME We have been battling with other brands far too long and they don’t come close to the quality of Speedqueen. Don’t waste another penny on junk that breaks in 1 year. I wish I bought 20 years ago! I have 12 children and this washer never sleeps and does not miss a beat….
