This is the best dryer I have ever had in all my long years of doing household laundry. I purchased both the Washer and the Dryer and I couldn't be more surprised or happy about the choice I made. Both washer and dryer are exceptional machines and if they perform as I expect for many years, I will become a completely loyal customer of Speed Queen.
These two machines performed better than any of the front loaders I have had and the one I just replaced by Maytag. Keep up the good work on making this the number one go to product in terms of laundry cleaning and drying.

This review is intended to let the company know of a quality issue. My brand new dryer was delivered with a missing part which rendered the dryer unusable (unless i wanted to risk damaging it). While I do understand things happen, with the delays in scheduling repairs it has been sitting for 3 weeks unusable. I would urge stronger quality checking to make sure products leave the assembly line complete so no one else runs into this issue!

Quiet and pet hair removal

Any dryer would have been fine bc the washer spins them so well. So what sold us on this dryer is the pet hair removal feature. Love the idea of removing pet hair before putting in the washer.
