A very competent machine

My 10-year-old, import-brand dryer died. I already had the Speed Queen TR5, which is awesome. So I already knew I wanted a SQ dryer. The matching DR5 wasn’t available, but I really like the additional features on the DR7: moisture sensor, longer warranty, and more settings. They look great together, and I am very happy with my new dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have owned several major brands, and it seemed with each succeeding brand, the quality and durability declined. Our last set lasted only 5 years, a dismal showing for a usually dependable brand. After comparing the Speed Queen line with the others, it became clear to us that this is, as far as we are concerned, the ONLY brand that still makes quality products, and in the USA!!

Love, love my new Dryer. Didn’t know what I was missing by hanging on to my 30 year old dryer until I finally decided to get the Speed Queen dryer to match the Speed Queen washing machine I currently own. Fast and easy to use.
