Should Have Bought Them Sooner !!!

I've had our new washer and dryer set for a couple of weeks now. Wow, what a difference. I feel like my clothes are cleaner and come out softer straight out of the dryer. Love the steam refresh feature (goodbye iron). I still have some feature that I have not used, but as of now I am completely over the moon with this purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Washer malfunction

The washer lid would not lock on the very first cycle therefore it would not run. First authorised repairman was 2 wks out. Customer service did an outstanding job of finding a 2nd, which was probably the better. He came the next day and found the main board as being bad this was a Friday. Parts came in on Monday and it was fixed the same day. So far, since it has been running, we like it better than the energy efficient low water models.

Perfect dryness

Love all the settings on the digital control panel. Also added the extra steam attachment and it worked well on new garments to remove fold creases and new clothes smell. The end of cycle signal is not loud enough even on the highest setting unless you are in the same room. Does have extra tumble time feature.
