The product is not connected correctly no steam or options are connected cannot use this dryer based upon the instructions very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not quite as quiet as I hoped but seems to be doing the job. Lots of features I don't know how to use and still getting the hang of it. Love that the door opens flat, no need to switch hinges! Lint filter easy to clean.

It is taking me a while to get adjusted to the new dryer. I get clothes out and some are still damp. The drying times seem longer than expected, like 1hr and 30 min even on small loads.

I waited to purchase the Speed Queen 7's for a long time. It was worth the wait! I love all the options and features, they are quiet, and most importantly they are getting my clothes clean with no problems.

I absolutely love my speed queen! If I knew about speed queen 25 years ago. I would have bought them then! The washer does a tremendous job, even thoroughly cleans my king size bedding! The dryer dries everything so fast! They are so far above the rest!!
