It is quiet and user friendly. Love the dimensions as it allows my laundry able to sit by it and open/close the door with the basket still under it without having to move the basket.

Speed Queen Dryer

I have not used most of the options on the dryer. I don't have any pets. I am hesitant about the sanitize setting as I think that it might be too hot. I was more interested in the steam feature as I used to have to "fluff" my clothes, sometimes several times, to get the wrinkles out before I got the chance and time to take them out and fold them. I used the steam option once and was not impressed, only to find out that the water wasn't turned on. Oops! I am not too happy with it's normal drying. I find that I need to run it twice to get my clothes dry. Even though it is a "wash and wear" cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far the Dryer is performing as expected, I like the dryness sensing feature. It is not as quiet as the 15 yr. old Maytag Bravos model I replaced, but I hope to get many years of reliable performance from this Speed Queen.
