This is a really good machine. Our clothes are clean but not twisted and mangled when the cycle ends. I believe our clothes and the washing machine will last twice as long than other models we’ve owned. I highly recommend Speed Queen. I wish I had known about this brand years ago.

Very satisfied with dryer operation. It was very noisy & vibrated our floor real bad at initial run. It still is somewhat noisy when you first start a cycle but it quiets down quickly & dries clothes faster than our old dryer. It has a stronger exhaust fan so we were able to remove our duct booster fan in our long vent line. We like all the function options that this unit has. We hope the Speed Queen quality is still being produced, that was the top reason we bought this unit.

I had a Maytag that lasted 43 years but today that brand is not the same in quality as it was back then. I bought a Speed Queen washer in 2015 and it has performed great so I invested in a DR7 and I love it for many reasons, first it is so quite while running if I am in another room I cannot hear it, second it drys the clothes just right and the sensor plays a huge role in drying the clothes. I looked at all the other brands with their poor warrenties and I made the right choice.

Two years ago we purchaced the Speed Queen washer and it is wonderful. Our dryer quit and we bought the Speed Queen dryer. This is the best with no fuss. It works great and saves energy. It has every setting that you can think of and a shelf for drying with no tumble. The BEST dryer we have owned.
