Less than a month old and needed a part

Hi, I was SO excited to finally get a Speed Queen. I have an airbnb in a portion of my home and needed something that could withstand the heavy usage. However, less than a month in it stopped working completely and wouldn't unlock. Apparently there was a missing part that prohibited the machine from unlocking. A1 Appliance did a great job ordering the part in but I went 2 weeks without a washer. I'm not sure how a brand new washer arrives without a part.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nobody buys these for look or price, great warranty and durability. They work great faster and quieter than our old machines. Hopefully they stay that way for 20+ years.

Does a good job cleaning even a king size comforter! Extremely quiet. Like all the options. Looking forward to the next 25 years of using this machine.

Great Washing Machine!

Have only had a short while but I love it so far! I had forgotten how nice it was to have a washing machine that fills with enough water to cover your clothes! It was worth the 2 month wait!

I had front load washers before switching to the Speed Queen top load and I do not regret it! The loads are cleaner and completed in half the time. We live in the sandhills and ranch so the clothes are sometimes beyond dirty. Very happy with this washer. It isn't as quiet as other machines but it's not loud, it's just a different sound since it is a top load with an agitator.

Best Washer ever! Period!

We have a family of 8 which implies few loads of laundry a week by multiple users, kids to adults. We have had 3 washers of different brands in the last 10 years. The SQ TR7 has been amazing. The clothes are washed better than any other ones and we are very impressed by their craftmanship. Looking forward for this to be our last washer ever. Great product!
