Just like Mom's Queen Speed!

My TR7 has great features and runs smooth. It removes stains like no other machine we've owned. I really appreciate the hot water setting. Previous washers would mix cold and hot resulting lukewarm water. Great Machine!

Purchased machine for an 11-unit condo building. Multiple loads of laundry almost every day. Works like a champ! Quieter than previous Maytag.

I absolutely love my new washer! This washer fills fast, runs quietly, gets clothes ultra clean , and spins out so much more water than my old machine after the final rinse! As an added bonus, I no longer have to deal with "unbalanced" loads, where my old machine would stall out and stop working whenever I washed large, bulky items. This is truly an excellent washer! Thank you Speed Queen!

Poor design

Poor design of washer. Would not finish any load no matter what size in first week of purchase. SQ repair person said that it is a design flaw and that he just bent the load balance sensor so that it isn’t as sensitive. Works fine now. Could almost say it is not an industry standard to continue selling a product with a known design flaw.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We absolutely love our SpeedQueen washer. We have been frustrated with the industry low-water, slow, front-load washers. These other washers would put just enough water in to swish the sweat and dirt around your clothes. (We would cheat by installing a hose near the washer to add more water.) We would almost always run an additional rinse cycle so the clothes wouldn't come out with a slight odor.
But the SpeedQueen filled perfectly using the auto fill. It covered the clothes in water. And we could fill it to the top if we needed. The clothes came out smelling clean. I can already tell the difference in the colors. And it washes most loads in about 45 minutes.
We love the SpeedQueen.
