First I am short. My previous washer was ridiculously huge. I don't need to wash comforters on a weekly basis. I struggled to reach the socks at the bottom, not an issue with a right size washer! There are so many things I like about this washer. I like being able to choose the level of water. I like it has a center agitator. I like setting the water temperature. I know you can program custom options, but I don't need that. Mostly I like a 7 year parts and LABOR warranty. Years ago before washers became a status symbol I had a Kenmore that ran for 20+ years. I feel I found the modern version of that. A solid, great product.

Excellent performance and no complaints so far with this machine. I find it to be quiet and capable. Much shorter wash times than with my experience with other brands. Machine does a good job of extracting water from clothing.

I really like this washer except for 2 things. It has a dispenser for bleach and softener. I wish it had a dispenser for the detergent instead of putting it in the bottom of the washer. That really is not a big deal. My biggest complaint is you either have to set a timer or pay attention to when the load will be done because it is impossible to leave the area and hear the buzzer announcing the load is finished.

So happy with my Speed Queen washer! So much quicker than my previous one. Washes clothes in half the time and does a great job getting things clean! The 7 year warranty sealed the deal for me when I decided to buy. Wish I’d tried Speed Queen years ago!
