I have only had my new Speed Queen about a month. I use liquid fabric softener and not all cycles dispense the fabric softener at the appropriate time. I do have a quick "how to" pamphlet that has helped me figure out which "washes to use". I have sent in the card to request a hard copy of the "how to" booklet. When I have used extra rinses for the liquid fabric softener some of my clothing is stained with the softener. I am sure when I get the booklet (please no computer download - I am a senior citizen and not comfortable with reading on the computer how to do something] I can figure out what I am doing wrong. Now to the good parts of owning a Speed Queen. It is very quiet and washes my clothes clean. It fits very nicely next to my Speed Queen dryer.

What's not to love about this washer. It's simply hands down the best washer I have ever owned. We just purchased this after owning a front load washer and I can not believe the difference in the cleaning ability. Our laundry comes out looking and smelling so much cleaner. It has many setting to select and is very gentle on clothes even a more delicate fabric. It runs very quietly and does not have the vibration that other brands have. I am so pleased with this washer and look forward to using it for many years.
