Love this Washer!

Very efficient and is very quiet! Also, washes much faster than my previous washer. This washer has many options for washing and water levels. I like the autofill feature. It will fill to the level to cover your clothes, then swish your clothes a few times to see if the clothes move freely. If they don't, it will automatically add more water and repeat this process as many times as needed! This saves water but unlike other washers, makes sure your clothes are covered completely!

Should have purchased this washer a long time ago. Had a Maytag set that was purchased because the previous set(Whirlpool) didn’t get the clothes completely clean. I got the Maytag set with agitator and deep clean option and after 2 years still have clothes, mostly shirts & terrycloth towels, that smell of body odor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Built Like A Tank!

We have been very pleased with the quality and performance of the Speed Queen TR7. First of all it’s built like a tank. If you compare the weight of the TR7 compared to any “big box” store washer there is no comparison. It is definitely built for heavy duty use. Second it is very gentle on clothes and gets my work clothes just as clean as my old Speed Queen traditional washer did. The load size selection gives me the choice of a full tub of water but I usually use the auto fill as it uses just the right amount of water for the load and helps keep the water bill down. Even if I add a piece of laundry to it after it has started it automatically adds the correct amount of water. It’s super quiet during agitation. Sometimes I have to listen to see if it’s actually on. Spin cycle is a little louder but not much. The TR7 is a top notch washer and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants a heavy duty washer that is going to last.

Worst Purchase Decision

I previously had a Whirlpool washer and dryer that lasted thirteen years ~ maintenance free. Everyone said to buy a Speed Queen for quality which was double the price of the Whirlpool. Since day one, I have regretted my decision and wish I had bought the cheaper Whirlpool. The washer does not clean my clothes as well as my old Whirlpool and the Speedqueen dryer takes forever to dry my clothes and they still come out damp. Also, the door to the dryer is extremely difficult to open and you have to slam it to close it. This is just bad design. They definitely aren’t worth the high price tag and again, I wish I had bought the simple Whirlpool product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Speed queen washer

It has not worked right since we bought. Very disappointed! I’d rather have my 12 y.o. Bosch front loaders back. I even asked if I could trade them in for the front loader and pay the difference.

If they do not provide service you can find an authorized service company here: https://speedqueen.com/support/find-service/
You'll want to contact the service company to schedule a mutually agreeable date and time for them to come to your home. Once the technician is onsite, they will be able to diagnose and correct the issue. The technician can also call our Technical Service team at 920-748-3121 option #4 for assistance with any troubleshooting or if they have any questions while they are in front of the machine.
When you call to set up the service appointment be sure to provide the serial number of your machine. The service company will need that in order to file any necessary warranty claims with us.

An honest review from regular folks

We are not ones to write reviews, but we decided to take the time to submit our thoughts after buying our first Speed Queen. Over the past 10 years, we have had numerous repairs and have thrown away four top brand washers and dryers. It’s been frustrating. So when our last washing machine broke, we decided to really research the leading washing machines. After reading hundreds of reviews, even purchasing a subscription to Consumer Reports and watching many YouTube videos, we decided on purchasing a Speed Queen TR7003WN. We are so glad that we made the investment! It’s by far the best machine we have ever owned. Not only does this machine thoroughly clean clothes quickly, it also offers many options to clean depending on what you need. It’s intuitive and VERY easy to use. The other huge plus for us is that it is remarkably quiet and does not vibrate and bang like other leading brands we have owned. Our laundry room is located close to our family’s gathering spot, so having a quiet machine is important to us. No more talking over laundry noise!!
We have to admit that while researching, we read some negative reviews too, which made us reluctant to pay so much for a washing machine. After talking to our repair guy, who said Speed Queens were the best in not needing repairs like the other brands, we bit the bullet and bought the washer. Now that we have owned a Speed Queen for a couple of months, we absolutely love it and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quality washing machine. And, it’s made in the USA! We honestly don’t know why someone would write a negative review about this machine? Maybe the competition? Who knows? But, for our regular everyday family, we are big fans of the Speed Queen TR7003WN, and I’m sure we will purchase the matching Speed Queen dryer when our other popular brand dryer breaks. Now, although we like him, hoping we don’t see our repair guy for a long time.

Best machine I have owned so far.

I have had to replace washing machines on average about every 6-8 years due to failure of some component or another. I finally decided to purchase the Speed Queen, which I always considered was not worth the cost difference, because all machine are alike, right? However, I WAS WRONG! The Speed Queen should have been bought years ago and I would have spent way less over the years replacing the units that were just not up to par. Within in the few first few weeks, my towels lost that old smell that I could never seem to get out of them before. My clothes felt softer and cleaner as it seemed to have removed the old build up of just not getting completely clean before. My laundry time was cut dramatically because this machine will fill up and be half way thru a load before my old machine ever filled. And this machine will fill up!All the way! Not just 2/3 like previous models I have had. It washes clothes, gets them clean and the warranty alone was worth every penny. If you are looking for a machine that will cut your time,literally, in half and do a better job of getting the clothes clean, I highly recommend making the investment in the Speed Queen. And on another note, just because a machine has a larger capacity tub doesn’t make it clean better. The Speed Queen tub capacity is stated at being smaller, however, I can actually wash more clothes than before and they are cleaner. Go with the Speed Queen, my friend, it is worth literally every penny!
