I don’t think it agitates well as there are streaks left on my clothes when I take them out of the washer. Not sure what’s going on but not impressed.

Love this Washer!

Very efficient and is very quiet! Also, washes much faster than my previous washer. This washer has many options for washing and water levels. I like the autofill feature. It will fill to the level to cover your clothes, then swish your clothes a few times to see if the clothes move freely. If they don't, it will automatically add more water and repeat this process as many times as needed! This saves water but unlike other washers, makes sure your clothes are covered completely!

Should have purchased this washer a long time ago. Had a Maytag set that was purchased because the previous set(Whirlpool) didn’t get the clothes completely clean. I got the Maytag set with agitator and deep clean option and after 2 years still have clothes, mostly shirts & terrycloth towels, that smell of body odor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Built Like A Tank!

We have been very pleased with the quality and performance of the Speed Queen TR7. First of all it’s built like a tank. If you compare the weight of the TR7 compared to any “big box” store washer there is no comparison. It is definitely built for heavy duty use. Second it is very gentle on clothes and gets my work clothes just as clean as my old Speed Queen traditional washer did. The load size selection gives me the choice of a full tub of water but I usually use the auto fill as it uses just the right amount of water for the load and helps keep the water bill down. Even if I add a piece of laundry to it after it has started it automatically adds the correct amount of water. It’s super quiet during agitation. Sometimes I have to listen to see if it’s actually on. Spin cycle is a little louder but not much. The TR7 is a top notch washer and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants a heavy duty washer that is going to last.

Worst Purchase Decision

I previously had a Whirlpool washer and dryer that lasted thirteen years ~ maintenance free. Everyone said to buy a Speed Queen for quality which was double the price of the Whirlpool. Since day one, I have regretted my decision and wish I had bought the cheaper Whirlpool. The washer does not clean my clothes as well as my old Whirlpool and the Speedqueen dryer takes forever to dry my clothes and they still come out damp. Also, the door to the dryer is extremely difficult to open and you have to slam it to close it. This is just bad design. They definitely aren’t worth the high price tag and again, I wish I had bought the simple Whirlpool product.

Speed queen washer

It has not worked right since we bought. Very disappointed! I’d rather have my 12 y.o. Bosch front loaders back. I even asked if I could trade them in for the front loader and pay the difference.

If they do not provide service you can find an authorized service company here: https://speedqueen.com/support/find-service/
You'll want to contact the service company to schedule a mutually agreeable date and time for them to come to your home. Once the technician is onsite, they will be able to diagnose and correct the issue. The technician can also call our Technical Service team at 920-748-3121 option #4 for assistance with any troubleshooting or if they have any questions while they are in front of the machine.
When you call to set up the service appointment be sure to provide the serial number of your machine. The service company will need that in order to file any necessary warranty claims with us.
