This washing machine is great. It does take a bit to get used to but thorough instructions are available on line. Even though it is a top loader, which I prefer, it has a very good capacity. We easily wash a full size bed spread with a full size sheet as one load. It is very quiet and no vibration. I may never use all the settings, but the settings that I want for our type of laundry are there. Watch some You Tube videos. I will never own anything except Speed Queen and at my age, this washer will probably outlast me.
first time i used my new washer and dryer i was so amazed ! i regret that i didnt buy them sooner! having kids and a restaurant we literally do laundry everyday. the are fast and make my clothes so clean! i cant recommend these machines enough!
The purchase price of my Speedqueen washer was much higher than washers I had previously purchased; but I must admit this is the best washer I have ever owned. I am completely satisfied.
We are very happy with our new Speed Queen washer. It is extremely quiet, easy to use, and the tub is very large. Perfect for larger loads. We especially like the auto fill feature. No more guessing how much water is needed. The washer knows and the clothes come out clean and fresh. Soooo easy!
Thought I would not like going back to a top loader but was tired of problems with front loaders. Boy, am I surprised that I LOVE it. No moldy smell, no open door, no HE detergent required so I can use my specialty soaps, room to hang clothes above without the stand, have tiny laundry room & it visually seems roomier
I have owned various brands throughout my 49+ plus years of marriage. This is my first Speed Queen and I couldn't be happier! My clothes have never been cleaner! And I am proud that it is AMERICAN MADE--what a plus to support American workers during this difficult time in our country! I have previously owned front load washers and they were a huge disappointment. In spite of the fact that they said they would not develop mildew and mold in the door seals, I was constantly drying the seals, cleaning the seals, using washing machine cleaners, leaving the door ajar (not a good look!), etc. and the mildew was still an issue--with main floor laundry room (I can't imagine what people must endure when machines are located in basements). Enough about that! This Speed Queen does a FANTASTIC job washing clothes! Whether a small, medium, or large load, it is thorough and my clothes are cleaner than ever before! Thank you for a great product Speed Queen!!!
So far, our speed queen is our favorite washing machine we’ve owned. It’s simple, but has the right amount of helpful features and actually CLEANS our clothes. I appreciate the delay start feature and the shorter wash times!
After years of having a front loader, I wanted a washer that was virtually free of vibration, a moldy stink, the roar of cycling water, and a complicated array of controls that defied selection. While I had reservations about reaching down to empty a top-load tub and moving from a 5 cubic ft front-load to the Speed Queen's smaller tub, the TR7003 has exceeded every performance goal I have. While front-load looks easy, it's more difficult for short statured folks to pull out something at the back. This tub is just at the right height. While the smaller tub looks small on paper, in actual wash-load usage it seems to handle more in weight and density with a lot less fuss. I don't have to break my loads up the way I did before. The simpler layout of the controls on the TR7003 enable me to use more of what the machine can do appropriate for the fabric and loads I have. Overall, the TR7003 has a much more pragmatic design with terrific quiet and speed.
