Previous to my Speed Queen, I had a top load high efficiency washer. The difference is that the Speed Queen cleans my clothes. Stains come out and the clothes FEEL clean. I bought this based on the recommendation of a few really particular friends, and they were so right. I love my Speed Queen. I love it, I love it, I love it. What has my life become that I have such strong feelings about an appliance?!

We love our speed queen. We've had two washers go out on us within the last 10 years. We decided to spend more for a quality product. With a 10-year warranty and no doubts with the build quality (no plastic parts on springs), we finally have peace of mind. Our clothes are coming out cleaner! We have a two-year-old who often has accidents, now we wash his underpants once and they always smell fresh. We'd have to run them through the wash a couple times or more before to get them clean (or do a long pre-soak). And despite not being a "high-capacity" machine (our last washer was an XL model), our comforters and other bedding still fit with no issue. Very happy with this machine and recommend it to anyone!

Running a rescue, I do a ton of laundry. Lots of towels and blankets. I was going through a washing machine a year, until I found Speed Queen! I can load it to the top, everything is clean, no noise from drum shaking with a heavy load. Best purchase ever

This is our second Speed Queen washing machine. We really love both of them. Both of them work great and clean clothes wonderfully. Our new TR5 is very quiet and washes clothes twice as fast as our old Maytag.

I am more than thrilled with my washer. My clothes have no residual soap in them because it actually uses water to clean my clothes. Also there is so much less lint on my clothes. I used to run my clothes through the wash cycle to was and then through the wash cycle again with cold water to get the soap out so how was the energy saving washer saving me. Also the construction of the drum is great. Highly recommend this washer especially to someone with children or soap allergies.
