My new Speed Queen washer and dryer have shortened my laundry time. The wash cycles are quicker and the cleaning power is better than my old front loader. Where the spin cycle works more efficiently the drying time is shortened as well.
The only negative so far is the cycle end signal is not loud enough on either machine enev at its highest setting.

I read all of the reviews, some negative. I really fretted over the decision. I’m so glad I went with Speed Queen. I had an HE LG and my clothes were dingy. The SQ keeps my clothes clean and white and it does it with even over sized loads. Will never buy another brand. Can’t wait for my LG dryer to die so I can get a Speed Queen dryer. No regrets.

Previous to my Speed Queen, I had a top load high efficiency washer. The difference is that the Speed Queen cleans my clothes. Stains come out and the clothes FEEL clean. I bought this based on the recommendation of a few really particular friends, and they were so right. I love my Speed Queen. I love it, I love it, I love it. What has my life become that I have such strong feelings about an appliance?!
