Hello, and thank you for reaching out. Our technical support team has a few recommendations when it comes to utilizing fabric softener: Always refer to the product's label in order to determine the fabric softener quantity you'll need to use for the load. Avoid utilizing the Eco Cycle when using fabric softener. Fabric softener will need hot or warm water to best dissolve the product and avoid any fabric softener stains on clothing items. Selecting the Extra Rinse option is another alternative that can be selected in order to help break down the fabric softener product during wash cycles. We hope this all helps!
