What an improvement - fast, quiet, and simple

Love the Speed Queen! Replaces a whirlpool that was louder than a space shuttle launching. Minor feature, but the Speed Queen also includes a count down timer so you know how close to finished your load is at anytime you check it - nice nice touch.

Will never not have a Speed Queen

Made the jump to Speed Queen after buying 2 sets of competing w&d’s; one of which was so water efficient people online recommended using a 5-gal bucket to fill it & the other was terribly unreliable. Will never not have a speed queen again.

Love this Speed Queen Washer

We are empty nesters, 73 yr old, we had a great washer for 10 years, and I did not think any washer could stand up to the one we had. Before buying a new washer, I looked at lots of reviews, and spent hours checking all kinds of brands. So we bought a speed queen because of how it was rated, the features, dependability, warranty. We have had it now about a month, and I love it. It is a great washer, and we would buy it again, if and when we ever needed another washer. It is solid, does not rattle, quiet, has great features to it. We are very happy with it.

I have had 4 washing machines over the course of 43 years and I wish I had known about Speed Queen way back when! This washing machine features almost everything I wanted in a washer - I wanted a clear lid - But, with Speed Queen I do not need it! The tub fills up, my clothes do not come out with dry spots, everything is clean and I can do laundry in half the time!
I cannot give praise enough, or express enough how happy I am with this washing machine.
I did research prior to making my purchase and I cannot imagine why anyone would purchase anything other than Speed Queen!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The perfect washer

My family owned the largest appliance dealer from the 1950’s to the Mid 90’s in the DFW area. 95% of the washer/dryer sales were Maytag’s no longer made. The TR7 washer is most likely the best residential washer made. This is the only washer currently made, that I am aware of where the “Auto Fill” works. So far after 100 loads it has never gone out of balance, something the last LG we owned is simply not capable of. It uses less water than LGs, because unlike the LG’s, it does not have to constantly fill up repeatedly in failed attempts to rebalance itself. Handwash is great for not destroying delicate clothes. Simply stated: Perfect Wash works perfectly every time. The icing on the cake, our mid-size town has a Speed Queen dealer – King’s appliance that is 100% professional and First Class. None of the big box stores can compare.
