Great washer!

After 8 years with another brand I can honestly say I am in love with my washer. It is amazingly quiet. It spins the clothes well but not excessively. Both my husband and I believe it gets the clothes cleaner. It has never gone out of balance with a heavy load. This machine is perfection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It fills up with water!

We have a lot of dirty laundry. Over the years we have tried all the new "water spritzing" type washers. These type washers claim to be super efficient, and maybe they are, but they DO NOT clean. Sometimes clothes are even dry when they come out of these washers. I read about these Speed Queen washers on line and decided I must purchase one. I contacted our local Speen Queen dealer and bought one. We have not been disappointed. This washer might use more water, but the clothes are fully submerged and agitated in water, and the clothes actually get clean! Just like they used to in the old days before the world became obsessed with "green over clean". Couldn't be happier with this new machine!

Bottom line, the best manufacturer in washing machine design and build. True American Made Standard, heritage that continues in this country. Briefly: Design; Speed Queen understands that in order to have an effective clean is also base on tub water level selection. Build; an unrivaled suspension system, necessary for a long lasting machine. The 7 year warrantee supports Speed Queen's faith in this product.

Love SpeedQueen! I read the US military uses SpeedQueen on submarines! My Maytag lasted 32 yrs..This SpeedQueen will outlast! It's quiet & water efficient! Many options on the control panel, easy to use! Buy quality & pay for it once! The barbershop I work at has worn out LG & Samsung in 6 years...total junk. Love my SpeedQueen washer! Worth the $$ Thank You!

After wasting years with Maytag and Whirlpool washers that constantly broke, we finally got a Speed Queen. It's soo quiet! My wife also loves that it actually washes our clothes, without damaging them. We're regretting not buying one years ago. We're never going back to the "disposable" brands again.

Love, love, love!!

Don't waste your time on anything else!! I've been through LG, GE, and Maytag. I loved my LG but it started making noises after 4 years pkus it smelled and yes I washed the washer monthly. GE, had for a few days....NOPE, no water. Maytag lasted 2 years, but we hated it from the get go!! No water washed the clothes. They thought the clothes swishing around against eachother was good enough, NOPE. Speed queen, my son (11 yo) even noticed his clothes smelled so much better. Speed queen uses water to clean the clothes. What a concept, What a difference!!

Very happy from a short time user

We purchased a new set of Speed Queen washer and dryer for our new home. So far, they have both worked flawlessly and the clothes are coming out was cleaner and softer than expected. This is from a short term user, so we will have to wait and see how the long term useability goes.

Be Careful! Go Further Than a Simple Google Search

This is our second TR7 series washer in matter of 3 months. Our first unit went out in the first month of ownership... It had a bad electrical board and we had substanial squealing sounds within the last 4mins of the spin cycle. The dealer we purchased the unit from replaced it. Within the first month, the second new unit started making the same loud squealing noise during the last 4min of the spin cycle. If you search "Speed Queen TR7 squealing" you will find a Reddit thread and TikTok videos of consumers with the same issues we have had. This has been a nightmare. Worst appliance purchase we've made. We were so excited because of the Speed Queen name, but it's been a major let down. We are still having issues and are having no luck with Speed Queen service providers. If I were to do it again, I would likely not buy Speed Queen or I would buy something in the TC series.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
