Disappointed

Washing machine does not spin properly. Towels are very wet and take considerable time to dry. Disappointed to need a service call after 2 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wow! We apologize that your items aren't being spun out as well as they should be. Some cycles, like the Delicate, do use a lower final spin speed to be more gentle on fabrics and wouldn't spin out quite as much water as a cyle with a high final spin speed. But if there is anything inhibiting the spin portion of the cycle, we're confident this service will have everything taken care of! Clothes do not come out clean. Wish I would have purchased the TC5 with agitator that moves. I have to rewash loads sometimes, and I am only washing small loads at a time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Did Not Realize How Quiet It Is

Bought as a replacement for another brand. We heard about how great Speed Queen machines are. Cannot believe just how quiet this machine is. Also, it does NOT jump around like other machines we've heard about. My wife loves the controls.

One of my favorite features is how quickly this Speed Queen washes my clothes. 36 minutes and it’s done!!! I have so many options, too. Love this washer.

Wanted a washer and dryer that would last and not give us any problems. Yes, they’re slightly more expensive than other machines, but when you see their quality and feel the quality you’ll understand. Extremely quiet and excellent overall.
