Best washer I've ever owned

I take reviews very seriously and waited several months to write because I wanted to give my review. First, this washing machine is built SOLID and the self-balancing feature is simple, although we've yet to have to use it since it is built so well. My husband works in construction and gets clothes very dirty, which was my concern on first purchasing these. I have found that I need to fully utilize the programs and that made all the difference. Additionally, it wasn't until I read the manual, that I realized my whole life I have been loading the washer wrong by not adding the detergent prior to adding the clothes. I had an issue where the liquid fabric softener seem to leak and still remain in bottom after wash was completed and have solved this by adding the extra rinse when I use liquid fabric softener. Our clothes and especially towels smell and fell much cleaner. I have been able to wash a king size quilt and the washer doesn't move an inch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bearings went out and cant find a certified tech

Our speed queen had major ball bearing issues within the first two years of owning it. We have a 7 year warinty but have not been able to find a certified tech to repair it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new washing machine, it is exactly what I expected from top loader machine. It does outstanding job, it is extremely quiet and easy to use/program.

Very Disappointed

So far have had service come to try and find root cause of loud squeaking noise during spin cycle two different times. Waiting on third visit to replace “springs” thinking this could be the issue. Already had belt replaced and balance ring. So, for a product from such a highly rated company, I am very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The level of clean you can see and feel in your clothes is unrivaled. Clothes and blankets are washed very well. Spin cycle extracts water to the point clothes almost feel dry . 4 stars because in less than 2 months the top of the tub plastic lining has begun shredding and become jagged. If garments are unlucky enough to come into contact at some point during the wash it leaves holes on the fabric.
