I like the looks and the fact that there is a lot of choices to do loads. However, trying to select the right way to do a load has been quite confusing. I like to select each cycle on my own. Such as soak, then wash and rinse. But picking the wash cycle and rinse cycle separately. I have not found a way to do that. The clothes do look very clean when I take them out so that part is great.

I am so happy that I found out about Speed Queen before I purchased some other brand. I had a (Top of the Line) for about 30years and it finally wore out. I tried to get a new one from Brandsmart but they are no longer who they used to be. They were bought out and I did not like what they had to offer so I went on Youtube and found out about Speed Queen and decided this is what I want even tho the cost was more. It's very easy to understand how to use and I was very lucky to find a place close to me to buy it. I could'nt be happier especially knowing that my machine doesn't dance all over the floor when you wash a bulky load and will probably outlast me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love how clean and fresh clothes comes out. Only regret I have is load capacity. Can’t fit as much I was hoping. For family of 5 or more it’s not ideal.

Best washer I have ever owned!

In love with my new TR7003WN washer!!! Finally a washer that covers the clothes in water, unlike my former washer. Also if you want to wash in hot water… you get hot water. I am loving all the features, cycles, soak times to choose from, and also love the delay start on this washer.Also like the touch pad operation. My husband is in construction and comes home with ground in mud and grease in his jeans and this washer on heavy duty with a long soak gets them clean.Had an eco friendly washer before this that started leaking after 4 years and never could get enough hot water to wash thoroughly.This is great heavy duty washer with a 7 year warranty.What more can you ask for?

I researched this washer 10 years ago and decided to go with a different brand. So this time I went with the best. It was a little more expensive but worth it

Washing machine does not spin properly. Towels are very wet and take considerable time to dry. Disappointed to need a service call after 2 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wow! We apologize that your items aren't being spun out as well as they should be. Some cycles, like the Delicate, do use a lower final spin speed to be more gentle on fabrics and wouldn't spin out quite as much water as a cyle with a high final spin speed.
