It fills with water the way I want, allows me to choose what I want, temp, water level, type of soil and more!

Not the Best

The washer was delivered and installed correctly. After, ONE wash the machine malfunctioned. It stopped working and kept showing codes to reset it, every time it would reset and start, and then stop again after filling up the tub. For a month I had not a new washing machine but one the store wanted to repair. When a repair man showed up he said that the store should just replace, which is what was done. I would rate the washer and dryer at best a C.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Selecting the correct option to use to wash is hard to understand.

Great washer

We always knew our next washer would be a Speed Queen and although I love this washer, I am frustrated with the lack of a true “normal” wash cycle. I don’t want eco normal bc it doesn’t do a full tub rinse, it sprays water to rinse but I’m not comfortable at all that it’s enough water to rinse the soap out of my clothes. I have always washed most of my clothes on normal and would happily do without the other myriad of cycles if I could just have a true normal wash cycle. Other than that, I love it.

Fabric Softener Releases After the Cycle Ends

The first week we owned our new washer we had to replace the agitator because there was a pool of fabric softener at the bottom of the tub at the end of every load. Once the agitator was replaced, it solved the problem.

An Exceptional Washing Machine

After experiencing average washing performance and subpar reliability from two major appliance manufacturers, I bit the bullet and purchased a Speed Queen machine. The build quality is exceptional. The cleaning performance is very good despite much shorter cycle times. And no issues with out-of-balance loads. I am very pleased with my purchase.
