Quality machine after a rocky start

I am pleased with purchase once initial problems were corrected. Within a week, after 3 loads, a fatal error was received that required replacing a part, which needed to be ordered. Installation required a longer drain hose, which was not included and had to be ordered. The manual had to be ordered and has not been received 3 weeks later. (Special cycles have to be looked up.) The lid does not sit flat. I was assured this is normal but it is odd to not have a flat surface on the top of the washer. Disappointing for a premium appliance. After 2 weeks, I was able to use my new washing machine. It is very quiet, solid, runs well now, and has many cycle options. I am happy to be able to purchase an American made product but for the price, I expected less issues in the first 2 weeks!

Too Early to Rate but Delivery Was ONE Star

The washer is new. When the dealer delivered and installed it the washing machine it kept tripping the gfci. We were left with a new machine that couldn’t be operated, except by using an extension cord to bypass the gfci (not up to code). The dealer’s delivery people made suggested solutions and left, leaving us to try and remedy the problem. Attempting to find an electrician during an overheated construction market is near impossible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When using Heavy Duty cycle it always continues to show 10 minutes left on timer. It stays that way and continues to run until I manually stop it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best machine on the market. It is so quiet. It cleans clothes better than any other machine. I love all the options. I love that you can do a small load. I hope and pray that this is my last machine.
