After using the washer for two weeks, the lid lock failed with a load of laundry in it. Took six days to get a service man out there to find out that the plug that connected the switch for the lid lock had vibrated loose. The unit functions well although I’m waiting for something else to break because of that Early failure. I’m not sure about their design as far as wiring, harness and quality control.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Seven year warranty makes me wonder if mother board will last cause I wash five or more loads daily

This machine is so quiet, I have to check the timer sometimes to see if it is still going. The only loud part is the fill! I love this washer. Fast and efficient. My clothes are clean and no “scrud” build up anywhere in the machine!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I will never go back to a cheaper manufacturer, the only change I would make is that I could start the water without closing the lid.

After our other washing machine quit after only 5 years we purchased this one!! After reading all the reviews and doing some in depth checking on specs, durability and functionality of display board we had our minds made up on this Brand washer. We haven't been disappointed at all !! Although the tub capacity is smaller than others, this will still do alot of laundry!! I would highly recommend this brand washer to anyone looking for reliability and modern up to date operating functions and choices for load amount, light on heavy soiled laundry !!

What I was trying to say above for the title is if you buy the cheaper units, chances are there will be problems. I chose the warranty pair, but really just by looking at them you could tell they had been made with all the right stuff. Washer does a great job on my clothes!
