So far, the best I have had.

My two down sides are the end chime is not loud enough for me to hear it. The biggest down side was the mount of time it took to get it. The dealer had the T5 but not the T7 which is the one we wanted. It took a month to get it. I could still use my old washer, but it would take 3-4 hours to wash one load due to broken rods for balancing. In addition the numerous restarts of different cycles caused our water bill to be higher. Hence the need to get it quickly.

With having a lawn care business, we needed something more durable and better at cleaning than a traditional residential washer. Since switching, we have no longer had an issue with lingering odors on our clothing. I actually feel like our clothes are clean!
I also love our delay feature!!

After having a front loader & hating it, my Mom talked me into the machine she has, a Speed Queen. I am SO happy I listened. It cleans my clothes great & in half the time. Love it!!

A month ago I registered my machine, then I requested a user manual. I have notreceived it. The machine has a signal light on it, but does not work. I would like to have the manual so I can tell if there is something that i can do to get the finish signal to work..Want to send me one?

Just reach out to us at 800-552-5475 (Monday to Friday; 8:30am – 4:00pm Central Standard Time) so we can confirm the right place to send it to. From there, you should be able to adjust the volume for the end of cycle sound by pressing the Signal button on the display. It will cycle the signal sound between: Off, Low, Medium, High.
