Great Washer But Tough Delivery

Excellent at washing clothes. However, my washer arrived with scratches on the door and. for this amount of money I would expect a new product. Speed Queen please send me the tool so that I can change the door out to a new one that is not scratched.

I’ve only had my units for a month, but so far we are happy and still learning how to use them to the best of their ability. Many more options than I’ve ever had before but our clothes are looking great.

My previous washing machine, only seven years old, was one big empty tub. Laundry was hard to feel like it was clean. This Speed Queen washer, equipped with an agitator, has proven that my previous washer had lots of flaws. What I like about this machine: quick but effective wash cycles; quietness of the machine; time delay wash where I can add a load and have it come on as I'm getting up in the morning ready for the dryer. So glad we made this purchase.

Not as expected

I have experienced soap and fabric softener stains on my clothes despite following your directions. Why can't you make a design where you have a container for the soap and not just pour it into the drum. The loadin processor clothes and soap is very dated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, 2 Wheel Moma! We understand you've noticed some trouble with the fabric softener, and we'd love to help with this! For fabric softener, we recommend only adding this directly to the fabric softener dispenser found on top of the agitator. If using the Normal/ECO cycle in combination with fabric softener, ensure the Extra Rinse option is selected since this cycle performs a little differently than other cycles to meet the ECO standards. For detergent, we recommend adding a couple of tablespoons directly to the tub, then adding your items on top. If you're already doing this and still noticing residue left over, defintiely let our Customer Support know at 800-552-5475, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4pm Central Standard Time).

I have not had this washer very long, but so far I am very satisfied with it. It washes quiet, fast and is large. I love all the settings it comes with and the warranty.

LOVE LOVE LOVE MY NEW WASHER AND ALL THE SETTINGS, THE ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS THE LID LOCK AND THE WASHER WILL NOT FILL WITH LID OPEN, I LIKE TO RINSE MY CUP AND SOMETIMES ADD THINGS
