The mantra here is don't believe some of the internet reviews of this machine. I now have both the washer and dryer and am very satisfied with both. It is easy to use, the clothes come out clean and fresh, and it is very quiet. I love that when you push the soak button, it does a soak cycle and then immediately goes into the regular cycle you select. I rescued a top that had a huge blood stain on it by doing this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I remembered Speed Queen from when I was a child but hadn't heard the name in many years. After dealing with the absolute horrors (not kidding) of a well known brand, I began researching and shopping around. Couldn't believe it when I heard the Speed Queen name again and on top of it, how the good quality of their products was still the same. I have the washer, the dryer and the beautiful laundry to prove it.

Having a few issues

We have had some problems with the fabric softener dispenser. It is dispensing at the wrong time and not rinsing out completely so we’re having to re-or rewash our clothes. We contacted the distributor and he came out and replaced some parts but it’s still doing the same thing so we’re not sure what’s going on with it.

Best Washing machine ever!

I've only had this for about a month, but I love it! The name is fitting, because it completes a load very quickly. I've been telling all my friends about it. Who brags about their washing machine? Me!
