quiet and easy to figure out

Have enjoyed not hearing it, when I do it is just a soft whirring when it spins.
Clothes and towels are getting cleaner.
I do use a second rinse when washing cloths (special selection area) because I need to rinse all the soap out.

My 3 month old SQ TR 7 washer in the best washer I’ve ever owned! I’m super happy with how well it washes the clothes! I highly recommend!

Love the machine so far. only cons are it doesn't have a soap dispenser have to pour directly into tub. some of the wash cycles are difficult to find and use on the touch board .

Worth the money

We recently upgraded to a Speed Queen top loading washer. It is simpler to operate than our old one that had and the bells and whistles, but the Speed Queen clean much better. The one washer kept building up a residue on the inside of the tub wall and washer wall. ThecSpeed Queen does not have this issue.

WRINKLES!

I previously owned a Whirlpool front loader, no agitator. I received a recommendation to purchase a speed queen based on the warranty. I used the eco cycle for my first wash. I am a Registered Dietitian at a Hospital and I washed my lab coat and it came out so wrinkled I had to steam press it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for letting us know, and we're sorry you faced excess wrinkling. After a little research, heres what we found that can help prevent wrinkles (but always check the care label too)! First, ensure the washtub isn't overloaded. Then, cold water is ususally the best for items that become easily wrinkled. Lastly, you could try a cycle with a more gentle agitation. Normal/ECO, Heavy Duty, and Bulky all include a high agitation, while most of the others will be medium or low. If this doesn't help, join us at 800-552-5475 (Monday to Friday; 8:30am – 4:00pm Central Standard Time) so we can help further.
