Pretty good machine.

I have always purchased Whirlpool washers. I am 82 so that was pretty many machines. Last fall I again bought a Whirlpool. A few months later I dumped it. It was the worst machine ever. That’s when I bought the Speed Queen. 100% better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The machine is better than any previous machine I have purchased. Except, i don't like where the software goes (middle of machine). It pours into the machine immediately and stains my clothes and remains of bottom of machine when completed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, LD Nelson! It is always great to hear the washer is better than what you've experienced before, but we're concerned about the fabric softener trouble you're facing. If using fabric softener with the Normal/ECO cycle, ensure the extra rinse is selected (this extra rinse shouldn't be needed on any other cycle). Great machine. Like how many cycle options I have. Installed about 2 months ago so I can't speak to the long term durability, but with a 7 year warranty I'm not concerned.

After my last washer broke, and then broke almost immediately after getting the suspension rods replaced I decided to do some research before making my next purchase. I discovered several videos on YouTube demonstrating the build quality and design of Speed Queen washers. I knew almost immediately this was going to be our next purchase. My wife and watched several more videos and actually became excited about getting one. The next day we went to a local dealer who not only gave us the best customer service we ever had in an appliance purchase, but quickly set up the deliver of our new Speed Queen Washer and Dryer.
Everything about the TR7 screams quality and a commitment to excellence. The sheer amount of cycles we have and the way we can select them is unmatched. The unit is SUPER QUIET and our clothes have never been so clean. I have told all of my friends about this experience and how happy we are. Quality, durability, and unmatched performance... What else do you want in a washer and dryer?
PS My wife and I often FIGHT over using them... Crazy...
