Literally my first new appliance I have ever bought new. I promised myself to only buy new appliances when I can afford the best! Thats exactly what I got with the Speed Queen! I do not know how I lived before the pet hair extra dry feature. My clothes are finally clean and I love doing laundry!

The best washer ever! Quiet, efficient, durable, quick and dependable. It has programed modes to chose from that help you know how to differentiate types of clothing. I love the auto fill also because it saves on water. By far the most amazing washer I have ever owned.

Cleanest clothes ever

We were sceptical about spending this much money on a washing machine. We loved that it is made in the USA with metal parts. It appears and feels “heavy duty”. After using it for a couple of months I can tell you that it is the cleanest we’ve ever had clothes and all of the other laundry.

Would be nice if there were a visible top instead of the solid one. Wish it wouldn't lock (aggravating) & would agitate more. Need an operating manual to be included.

Love hate relationship

Love that the washer is quiet however have had issues with unit fabric dispenser staining my clothes. I’ve tried diluting it and doing heavy wash load and still experiencing issues.

Hi, MariSG! We're sorry to learn you've encountered this trouble, but lets see how we can help. This could be the result of using one of the Eco cycle in combination with fabric softener as any of the Eco cycles will use a spray rinse instead of a full tub rinse, like every other cycle, and this is to meet the Eco standards. If using an Eco cycle with fabric softener, ensure the Extra Rinse option is selected so the fabric softener can be rinsed from your clothes. Then, when adding fabric softener to the dispenser found in the agitator, try not to exceed the tip of the arrow which indicates the max fill as overfilling may result in staining on your items. If you notice any fabric softener remaining at the end of the cycle still, connect with us for further assistance through our Customer Support Line at 800-522-5475, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4pm Central Standard Time).
