Full size agitator, heavy duty machine. No issues with large blankets and throw rugs, plus many cycle options, and it cleans my clothes well!!!

I’m undecided. My clothes seem to be more wrinkled and I’m attempting to try different cycles for my everyday laundry. I wish the signal was louder so I could hear it in other rooms when working in other rooms on laundry days.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are very sorry to learn of your disappointments with your TR7.
We understand you have attempted to try many different cycles, but seem to have the same outcome with wrinkled clothing. Wrinkled clothes can be the cause from the following: overloading the machine, heavy items being placed on light items, and hard water. Have you attempted to use fabric softener? Or if you prefer not to use fabric softener you can substitute this with white vinegar. White vinegar/fabric softener can help prevent wrinkled clothing, as well as going over your wash practices as listed above.

Love my Speed Queen washer & dryer!

This machine does a great job cleaning the clothes. Its worth paying a little more for something that will last!
I also have a t-shirt business so I am constantly washing t-shirts. My last set (which was not a Speed Queen) wore out in 4 years. I feel I can depend on this Speed Queen product!
The only thing I have an issue with is that I can barely hear the buzzer when it goes off. I can live with that!

Works very well - when it works

Purchased the pair of Speed Queen washer/dryer TR7 and TR5. I would prefer that the dealers be "encouraged" to make sure you know the washer does not include any hot/cold water lines and the dryer does not include a power cord or vent line.
Both units work very well and I would say they meet or exceed expectations. The washer worked well for the first 3 loads then we started getting ER65 error message. This requires you unplug the unit, wait 3 to 5 minutes, plug it back in and the error clears. Our unit then went into error mode after each wash cycle. Support was sent out and the lid latch sensor was replaced and a new latch was installed. This worked for about 3 more loads then went back into error mode. While waiting for the next repair visit, the error mode cleared and has not returned. We've now had the unit for 6 weeks and it works normally - not sure if the error will return. Otherwise we've had no issues. I would recommend this model to a friend with the notice that we had these initial error issues.
