Love hate relationship

Love that the washer is quiet however have had issues with unit fabric dispenser staining my clothes. I’ve tried diluting it and doing heavy wash load and still experiencing issues.

Hi, MariSG! We're sorry to learn you've encountered this trouble, but lets see how we can help. This could be the result of using one of the Eco cycle in combination with fabric softener as any of the Eco cycles will use a spray rinse instead of a full tub rinse, like every other cycle, and this is to meet the Eco standards. If using an Eco cycle with fabric softener, ensure the Extra Rinse option is selected so the fabric softener can be rinsed from your clothes. Then, when adding fabric softener to the dispenser found in the agitator, try not to exceed the tip of the arrow which indicates the max fill as overfilling may result in staining on your items. If you notice any fabric softener remaining at the end of the cycle still, connect with us for further assistance through our Customer Support Line at 800-522-5475, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4pm Central Standard Time).

Fits nicely between the TR5 and everything else.

The TR7 is a quiet, well-built machine. I love the auto-fill feature. I know we are using less water per load, as well as having the clothes come out much drier due to the faster spin speed. I think the TR7 is a much better alternative to the top-load washers with an impeller or even those that have "agitators." If you tend to have very dirty laundry and want it done as fast as possible, go with the TR5. Otherwise, for our needs, I think the TR7 might take a little longer to do a load of heavily-soiled laundry, but I am very happy with our purchase. BTW, there is a LOT less lint in the dryer after each load.

I thought I did enough research to choose LG as my new washer and dryer, and so I did. Within 48 hours I knew I had made a huge mistake. Back to researching I found Speed Queen, wow how did I overlook this brand? Now nearly 2 months later, I am incredibly happy!

Good.. until washer started leaking from bottom

All good until about a year.. washer started leaking from bottom.. and repair guy said that seems to be a common issue, a d they are still figuring put the problem.. thankful for 7 yr warranty
