I have only had the machine a few weeks, BUT I am very happy with the amount of clothes, king sheets, and towels I can fit in the machine. All items come out very clean. I love the variety of customizable settings!

This washer has a great capacity size and will wash a king size comforter no problem. The energy efficient setting is ok for lightly dirty clothes but it has plenty of settings to get your clothes clean and done efficiently. My complaint is the lid lock and if I had it to do over would have went back one model without it. So far very happy with its performance on clothes and I get some of mine very dirty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've only had the TR7 for a month but it has performed beautifully so far. It is whisper-quiet, cleans the clothes well and has a ton of different options. The real test will be if I can say the same thing in 25 years!
