It Does a good job at cleaning. I can now reach the bottom without grabber claws I am still learning everything. The only thing I don't like, is that I can't hear the alarm, even when I am in the laundry room.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This machine is so fast! Washes well and spins so well the clothes need less drying! I was tired of the latest and greatest machine not lasting… wish I would have switched a long time ago!

when I bought these, I felt like I was buying a new Bentley. The stainless steel drums, the "control panels," and the "look," all seemed to indicate great quality. But when the salesman said that they had a 10 year warranty, I was hooked. After using them for several months, I know that I made the right purchase. Just need to add the hose for the steam dry setting and they will be perfect.

We are very pleased with the purchase. Had no idea this brand even existed until we started shopping for the best washing machine available. It exceeds all our expectations of a washing machine. We had to have one with the agitator and speed Queen is the best choice. The warranty and quality were what sold us

The washer works wonderfully on the special settings that use higher levels of water, which is why I bought it. I would have rated it as great, but I have a hard time understanding and responding to the occasional error code.
I would recommend this to a friend!
