I have had the washed about a month. It washes good. I quickly had an issue on the first day , the washer came with a bad water pump. It worked but was very noisy. I live in the Sacramneto area and called several dealers to come and fix it because the dealer I bought it from does not service the machines. Three other dealers do not service them if I didn’t buy from them. One wanted to charge me 150 dollars for service fee because I didn’t buy from them. Independent repair contractors did not have qualified Speed Queen technicians even though their contact information was given to me by Speed Queen customer service . I was lucky to find one dealer who came by and serviced the washer under warranty without extra fees. It took 3 weeks to get the brand new washer repaired. It was harder than I expected to find a repair technician. The new water pump is quiet and it works good. This is our first Speed Queen and things didn’t start so good but things are okay now. Lesson learned , buy from a dealer who does repairs and should be in business in the future.

Love my new Speed Queen washer. No stinky slimy clothes! And there’s an agitator! Forget those HE washers.

This washer and dryer are the absolute best products I have ever bought! Workhorses! My previous Samsung washer was the worst! Now my clothes are clean and actually smell clean coming out of the wash! I can wash my clothes with as much
water as I want to! Dryer is incredible too! One cycle even for a big load of towels! Can’t recommend them enough.
