My wife is very happy with this machine. At times stops and has error message displayed. Sales rep says to unplug it for half hour.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Like the fast wash cycles. Clothes look and smell clean. Gave 4 stars because I would like it to spin the clothes a little longer so drying would be more efficient.

I have had the washed about a month. It washes good. I quickly had an issue on the first day , the washer came with a bad water pump. It worked but was very noisy. I live in the Sacramneto area and called several dealers to come and fix it because the dealer I bought it from does not service the machines. Three other dealers do not service them if I didn’t buy from them. One wanted to charge me 150 dollars for service fee because I didn’t buy from them. Independent repair contractors did not have qualified Speed Queen technicians even though their contact information was given to me by Speed Queen customer service . I was lucky to find one dealer who came by and serviced the washer under warranty without extra fees. It took 3 weeks to get the brand new washer repaired. It was harder than I expected to find a repair technician. The new water pump is quiet and it works good. This is our first Speed Queen and things didn’t start so good but things are okay now. Lesson learned , buy from a dealer who does repairs and should be in business in the future.
