Still waiting for a belt.

We bought the unit and from the first load washed makes a pinging noise. We have contacted them and they have come out to tell us we need a different belt. We are waiting to hear back to see how long it will take. We at the Dunn County Humane Society do about 8 loads of laundry a day so will have to adjust to the extra noisy washer until the belt comes in for us.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A little loud

The dryer seems to only take one time through to dry my clothes. My last dryer took two. The clothes seem softer. Maybe the soap rinses out better than my old front loader. My only complaint is that they both seem very loud. Especially the washer.

Love to do laundry again

I have never been so excited to do laundry than after I got my Speed Queen set. They look amazing and even better, they work amazing. Super simple to use and the features are only what you need.
