Love that it only takes 30-40 minutes max per wash. Everything comes out very clean. The options for washes is excellent as well

Best Washer Ever

This washer delivers. Sturdy, quiet, quick and thorough. Importantly, the cycles are much shorter, yet the clothes visibly cleaner than the other brand washer it replaced. Helps make doing laundry much more efficient.

Nice looking, well built, but it does not wash as well as my old Maytag maxima front-loader. The Speed Queen TR7 is very over-rated. It can leave lint on dark clothing ( had to wash twice with extra rinse), and it does not remove normal kitchen towel grease stains, or clothing stains for that matter. The tub circulation is not strong enough to clean the clothes properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lid Problem

Washer is quiet and cleans well, but lid lock broke the first week. Now stays locked and won’t open

Disappointed

Washer and dryer set was installed about a month ago. I have been noticing that our clothes aren’t getting clean, no matter what setting I use. As for the dryer, one of the felt glides broke. The dryer started knocking. Have yet to get the new set installed to see if this will cure the knocking. For a new set, this shouldn’t be happening for the money I spent. I will be purchasing a different brand soon. Not happy one bit!
