I’ve been wanting a washer with an agitator for so long. My Maytag bit the dust and I knew SpeedQueen was what I wanted. I didn’t really care that it cost so much. But so far, it has been great. It’s quiet and takes less time to wash. My clothes are not knotted up . Everything seems to be coming out clean !

I've now my Speed Queen washing machine for 3 weeks and have done at least 40 loads of laundry. Love how well it cleans my clothes, it's easy to use, and is really well built. I'm looking forward to having this machine for a long time. I won't be sad if my Whirlpool dryer dies so I can buy the matching Speed Queen dryer.

I had a machine that was 5 yrs old and I was very unhappy with it. My friend who has five children,had taken an informal survey among her friends and so many thought Speed Queen was the best. She purchased one and really likes it. That prompted me to buy one.
I waited before one became available locally. I am disappointed that there is no soap dispenser and that the soap must be put in before the clothes. I wish there was a signal sound to let you know the machine had finished. The clothes seem more wrinkled when finished than with other machines I have used. I am satisfied with the overall cleaning.
