The tub fills up all the way to the top! Our clothes are cleaner due to the center agitator. Shorter washing cycles than my old machine.

Rugged High Quality

Our purchase was based upon previous bad quality washer/dryer combo. As a semi retired couple our laundry is light. Years past appliances lasted near 15 years. Our past couple of purchases lasted less than half with a history of repairs and just low quality, clunking machines. I've always heard of Speed Queen quality but they do cost more. After seeing some of the parts that go into this machine I was sold realizing they will outlast anything on the market. Rock solid washing machine and very quiet. When this machine is on spin it never makes a shudder. Love the water capacity as those wrenching save water machines you may as well forget clean clothes and plan on the clothing you have wadding up into a twisted mess. Buy a real machine that lasts.

So I switched back to a top load washing machine after years of using a front load and I could not be happier! There are so many brands out there and in looking at many reviews, I was not sure which direction to go so I put a message out to my Facebook friends and many recommended Speed Queen. The 7 year warranty sold me! This machine runs very quietly.
