Purchased my speed queen about a month ago, very pleased with the cleaning results and options! I did register my machine online as well as returned info card in the mail requesting a manual so I could utilize and k ow what all the functions do, but have yet to recieve an owners manual!

Love the different functions and the quitness of this machine. It will also hold big loads good for my household of 4. The only thing i dont like is it has a lid lock and I am unable to rinse my detergent cup clean under the water.

Overall I am pleased with the Speed Queen washer. It is easy to select any wash cycle, load size, or water temperature I will ever need. I really like being able to choose the water level and having an agitator. The washer runs quietly and cleans well. I would prefer the water running with the top open while filling so I can put liquid detergent in the water.

Came scratched and with a bulge but that will be fixed with the warranty. Just a little disappointing to start out like that. Hoping it will make my 3 boys athletic clothing smell good since last low water (sometimes clothes were not fully wet) non-agitator washer smelled like mold and so did their clothes. I am hoping this washer is better than my last 2 expensive washer purchases. Have never had a Speed Queen but have heard good things and love the warranty which is almost non-existent with other manufacturers.
