Quality after one month seems good! Well constructed. Today’s cheap circuit boards are very poor on most washers. Dumped MayTag after 18 months.

I purchased this new Speed Queen after having my former one for 36 years. Great machines; they hold up are built to last which I love. My Dad used to sell them in his furniture store years ago. Only brand I will purchase. They are also built in the U.S.A.

I have used front load washers for years, putting up with moldy smelling cloths, cloths that weren’t clean and having to constantly run the clean washer cycle to keep my cloths from stinking.
Since using the speed queen top loader, I have none of those issues, cloths come out clean and smelling fresh. The top loader is a joy to load and unload. I don’t use most of the settings that the washer has, really is overkill. The auto fill setting, is the one setting I use most of the time, it works great, cloths come out clean, that’s all that matters. The only drawback to the top loader, is the spin speed is lower, so my cloths are wetter going into the dryer.
