Awesome washer. Heavy duty!! I just wish the lid didn't slam down when you let go. Needs to have a different slow close hinge on it.

Washes your clothes with care, is quiet, doesn't vibrate excessively when spinning, is solidly built and has a great warranty. Although I would like a bigger tub and could do without the locking lid, I would recommend this machine to a friend.

So far I LOVE our Speed Queen Washer. We replaced our Maytag HE washer, which I did not like from day 1. I feel our clothes are cleaner, no more problems with detergent residue on our clothes. Also like the variety of setting options. The one feature I would like to see added, is a cool water setting along with the cold water setting.

Didn’t think I would love going back to a machine with an agitator but I really do. The clothes get so clean and the machine holds a lot of clothes. A little disappointed with the lid on the washer. I wish it was heavier. Really happy with the warranty
