Quality seems good and generally gets clothes clean. Only 4 stars because temperature of wash water on warm is only 78 degrees and cold is only 56 degrees. Fabric/clothing manufacturers recommend 90 degrees for permanent press warm wash and 75 degrees for cold cycle wash. I do not know if this is by design or my unit is defective.

Hello, and thank you for reaching out. Our Speed Queen washers utilize Cold and Hot water directly from the source. Please adjust your home's Cold and Hot water temperature in order to utilize desired temperatures. Hope this helps!

What can I say about my Speed queen TR7 umm well I LOVE IT. This top load washer is the best of the best in my book and it gets my clothing a lot cleaner then the other ones that I have owned in the passed. The reason I got this speed queen is because it’s made of commercial parts and i know that it will last for many years to come. It has a lot of options on it for anything you are washing in it. Anyways I would recommend this TR7 to my family and friends. It’s a great washer and I can’t wait to get the matching dryer as well one day.
