Could have bought Whirlpool for less money

I do not like the softener dispenser,there is softener hooped on my close after cycle on the bottom of drum

We're sorry to hear this! If you're mainly using the Normal/ECO and using fabric softener, ensure the Extra Rinse option is selected. This wouldn't be needed on any other cycle, but the Normal/ECO performs a little differently to meet those ECO standands and so the extra rinse is needed for fabric softener to be thourougly diluted and rinsed away. If you've noticed fabric softener left over even with the extra rinse or when using cycles other than Normal/ECO, let us know through our Customer Support Line at 800-552-5475, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4pm Central Standard Time) when you have a moment!

This washing machine is superb. It is simple, easy to use, and gets the job done. It can handle a lot! Never gets unbalanced. I could not be happier with a washing machine.

This was an expensive machine but I am hoping that this is my last washing machine purchase. The features and variety of options were what I wanted and the stable tub keeps it from banging. I haven't had it long but so far so good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my new Speed Queen washer!

After 20 years of unreliable front-load washers from different brands, went to a top-load Speed Queen which I love. Easy controls, very quiet, and gets clothes clean and fresh. Too soon to comment on reliability but history is definitely in Speen Queen's favor for excellent results.
